Banana Sandwich

When it gets 40 Fahrenheit outside after four months of freezing and it starts to feel to warm to turn the oven on, this is the breakfast you want to make. Or snack. Or lunch.

Everyone will love it.

 

BANANA SANDWICH (gluten free, refined-sugar free)

– serves 1-

Preparation time: 5 minutes > requires NO cooking

Ingredients:

1 banana

2 teaspoons peanut butter (or any other nut butter)

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

2 tablespoons granola, cinnamon crunch or any other GF cereal you find at hand

1 teaspoon honey

pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Are you kidding me? 🙂 OK,

1. Peel and halve the banana.

2. Spread nut butter on each banana half.

3. Crunch cereal into smaller bites, then sprinkle on top of banana.

4. Sprinkle with coconut and cinnamon, then finish with a drizzle of honey.
